No screws holding my digitiser in place in my iPad 2
“I am replacing my front glass on my iPad 2. but when I remove the glass I notice there are no screws holding the digitiser place , my question is are these threaded screws or self taping”

According to the ifixit iPad 2 repair guides the digitizer is held in place by iPad 2 Adhesive Strips
