Smelly Washing Machine Problem

My washer smells terrible and I’ve done the traditional cleaning cycles. I’ve now taken the drum out and cleaned it and the tub and drain filter. The drum itself stills smells like mildew! Can I clean out the water in the middle? Does the actual drum come apart? HELP please!
