Intermittent double image every few seconds

My 65” Vizio M60-D1 works fine overall, but every few seconds the screen doubles and shifts down maybe a centimeter, before reverting to the original. This repeats over and over. I’ve removed and reseated all ribbon cables and I’m looking for an alternative to buying a new television. I really appreciate all help.
