Face ID change?

Hi I was wondering if I could take original FFC module & ear speaker sensor from a iCloud locked phone (both parts OEM) & put them in another phone that’s Not iCloud locked but is missing face id cause of aftermarket ear speaker flex cable will Face ID still work? I wonder if anyone has tried this

Unfortunately you need the original front flex assembly that came with the phone for face ID to function as it is married to other chips on the logic board.
