Horizontal Lines + Display Turns Off After a Few Minutes With Sound

The TV powers on, but after a bit of time, usually when the TV switches displays or switches apps, the backlight, and the display flickers and turns off. I tried the flashlight test and could not see any images, so I’m almost positive the display is completely off as well. No matter what, the sound is always on. When the screen is on, there is a uniform pattern of darkened horizontal lines, as shown. I have opened up the panel: there are no busted capacitors as far as I can tell, and the voltages going to the mainboard are all correct (~13.15v). I have released and reconnected some connections, including the ribbon cables on the TCON board and the LED power connection. None of this changed anything.

After some more trial and error, I was able to get the TV to power on and stay on, including watching Netflix, by changing some settings that I figured would reduce the power consumption. The TV has stayed on since, even with the settings reverted. The horizontal lines are still present. I have doubts about the TV though and I am sure the display might turn off at some point.
