System Error Focus problem

Hello. I have barely used my camera - it is new Lumix LX100. I bought it in February 2020 for my trip which I wasn’t able to go on.

Today it ran out of battery while I was using it. The lens did not close and now makes a buzzing sound (like something is trapped) when I switch it off, and thus does not close. When I switch to ‘ON’, the lens closes and then opens again, then error message on screen appears ‘System Error (Focus)’. I have rarely used this camera .

Anyone had this problem and know how to solve it? Thanks.
