No Sound through cell data

I recently replaced the screen on my XS Max, all was working before just screen was fully shattered. So after replacing I went to make a phone call and noticed I had no sound. This is both through the top ear speaker and on speaker phone. So I decided to try facetime. Facetime has sound on both normal and speaker, as well as if I make a call through wifi calling. So any idea what would cause the cell data to cut phone call sound and voice out but it still work on everything else?
