My mb pro 2016 with motherboard model: 820-00281-A, doesn't turn on , I followed all videos I found trying to troubleshoot my problem but I’m stuck , all rails seems fine ( like PP3V3_G3H with 3.3V and PPBUS_G3H with 12.4V, PPVIN_G3H_P3V3G3H with 20V, SMC_BC_ACOK with 3V) the only anormal thing that I found is L7030 has 0V everything else looks good. Any help please? Should I replace just the coil ?.

If there is voltage on one side of the coil and not the other than it is faulty. If there is no voltage on either side it will not be faulty. Is PP5V_S0 present?

There's no voltage neither pin 1 or pin 2 of the coil, I had understood that I have to had the same voltage on F7000 / 1 (~ 12.8) and on pin 2 of the coil L7030.
And I have PP5V_S0 with 0.5V. Soothing curious is that i can perceive a buzzing sound I don't know if it comes from the coil or the ssd or cpu but is around that zone.
