Random Crashing while watching video

I have a recurring issue while streaming video on my PS4

It will randomly freeze and will then say the app I'm using doesn't have any internet connection

The controller will also turn off and will just flash white unable to reconnect.

The only way of being able to use this again is to do a hard reset

It can be minutes or even days between each problem just wandering if anyone else has had the same issue
