My PS4 won't connect to my controller

how can i fix my ps4 1200 ? when i press the PS button only white light blinking and it won’t connect. i tried it to other ps4 game console but it is connecting. help me please.

i tried a lots of different cables. i even bought a new data cable, i mean real data cable.
