The logic board of my macbook pro 15 inch mid 2014 2,2GHz (https://everymac.com/systems/apple/macbo... ) broke down and i was thinking to replace it with the logic board of the same year but with an extra graphic chip. (https://everymac.com/systems/apple/macbo...).
Should not cause any issues, right? Since they are from the same year that should work out i believe.

Replacing the IG logic board with a DG board is a bit more than a direct drop in. The heat sink is different as well as having two fans. It can be done but keep in mind of the costs! You might find a used system which is cheaper and offers all of the pieces if you find your case or display are in better shape.
You will need to stick within the series otherwise:
