My tv turns on but it keeps going to a menu screen.
When I turn on my tv the menu screen pops up then the menu screen disappears for about 30 secs and then pops up again. I cant use any of the other features apart from home button.

What is the model number of the TV?
Have you tried removing the batteries from the TV remote control unit (or any other remote that can control the TV as well e.g. Firestick etc) and turning on the TV using the TV controls to check what happens? It may be a stuck or faulty button on the remote control that is causing the problem
Have you checked that the TV 's menu control button is not stuck operated?
If the remote is not the problem and if the TV is no longer under warranty, disconnect the power from the TV and remove the back cover from the TV. Then locate the TV control button board cable and carefully disconnect it from the mainboard, reconnect the power to the TV and turn it on using the TV remote control and check what happens.
Before removing the cable check if there are any latches or locking bars that may be holding the cable plug into the connector on the mainboard. If not, gently pull out the cable using the plug and not the wires as you don’t want to pull them out of the plug pins
Be safety aware as the back cover is off and that there is exposed lethal voltage in the back of the TV when the cover is missing. Do not do anything in the back of the TV when the cover is off and the power is still connected. Disconnect the power from the TV first
If it works OK by using the remote control, then the board is faulty.
Search online using the board number to find a replacement board.

Went to settings. Make sure sleep timer is set to “never". Ours was on 4 hours so when we tried tv in morning had to go to menu. Fixed it.
