How can I fix tiny hole in screen?

I dropped my phone while hiking. Something small and sticky attached itself to the screen. I pulled it off and it left behind a tiny hole, maybe 2mm in diameter. Is there a way to fix this? Or replace the screen? It's not affecting the performance of the phone at all, but it's really bugging me.
