Need Multimeter Question Help

Hi everyone,

I’m severely trying to figure out where on the circuit board do I put my multimeter pins on, in order to figure out whats wrong with a cell phone?

Do I put my multimeter on different parts of the cell phone circuit board to diagnois different issues?

If so? Where?

This has got me so confused.
