Audio getting cut out

So I have tested this with both my headphones and an external speaker, but a majority of audio on my games gets cut out, I've tried changing settings, updating system software and even rebuilding the database, but nothing helps, I dread the thought of it just my ps4 breaking but I'm open to suggestions. The weirdest part is it plays audio from Netflix or other streaming just fine
