No power, no LED, power supply tests fine

I have an N64 that has no sign of life whatsoever. No sound, video, or LED when powered on. I’ve stripped it down to the board and can confirm the motherboard is receiving both 3V and 12V from the power supply at the connector. I’m thinking that maybe there is a break in the trace somewhere but nothing looks obvious visually. None of the capacitors look damaged. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
