Where's the ignition relay on a 1999 club cart?

I am trying to put an electric fuel pump on my 1999 club car golf cart. I bought a low volume 2-4 psi pump and read where I need to hook it to the ignition relay. Is this the same as the solenoid? If so, which terminals do I use? Also it said I might need a fuel return line. Any ideas about how to make one of these?
