However, genuine LCDs do not work normally. (Touch and Home Button)
According to the repairman, is it true that there is a problem with the backlight pin?

Yes I think the repairman is correct although it has nothing to do with the backlight circuit. I don’t know why he couldn’t fix the problem.
Usually you only need to bend the two ground pins back out at the end of that FPC you have circled as they are usually bent in. If the ground pins are not bent in you might have to remove a FPC pin. I would have to have a look on the schematic to remember which one.

Can you elaborate on your post a little more? Did you get your screen replaced with an aftermarket or an OEM one?
