Reconnect Battery; Now Seeing Set Up Screen

I disconnected my battery in my MacBook Pro, which has been having some battery charge issues lately, in an attempt to fix the issue or at least narrow it down. I reconnected it, put everything back together, connected the MagSafe, powered it up and eventually it is now displaying the Language menu option as if it is a new laptop.

What’s going on?
