Controller doesn't charge and light bar won't work

Hi guys,

So the problem with my controller is that the conector of the ribbon cable that conects the small pcb, that charges the controller, is broken.

Let me be clear, the conector is the one in the main board. This said, i can’t plug the ribbon cable in the main board.

Do you know any way i can replace it or fix it?
