Water dispenser too cold
Hello
My water dispenser makes water too cold. I have already put the thermostat to the lowest but still it is very cold. It is almost summer here so it is not due to weather.
One more thing sometimes some hot water comes out of cold water tap and then cold water comes out. Hot water switch is already off and hot water taps gives room temperature water.
I have attached the photos.
Can someone please help?

I can't find any information on the dispenser but would suggest that you try replacing the cold thermostat first.
Since there is both hot and cold water there are either two thermostats or sensors that must control the temperatures.
You would have to find the one that controls the cold temperature setting.
Since getting how water out of the cold tap seems intermittent it may be better to resolve the temperature problem first and then follow up on the hot water problem if it is still there.
How old is the dispenser? There is a 12 month manufacturer's warranty on it if it is less than 12 months old. Worth a check

@jayeff Thanks. It is under warranty. Due to lockdown these days company's technicians aren't available. Will followup with them after it is open.

Maybe you should confirm with the company, that they will still warranty service the dispenser after the lockdown is over just in case the warranty has ceased before they can get to it because of the lockdown and they refuse as warranty has expired
