Well, you are in the wrong section ! here it is to fix dualshock 2 (PS2 controller). You’ll have better chance to get answers there : DualShock 4 CUH-ZCT1
Btw, sometimes it happens to me, try with another cable (more powerfull, maybe the original has been damaged )
