controller keeps vibrating , doesnt pair too

its been a while and i have tried pressing the reset button behind the controller too

now the battery has drained and as soon as i charge it the controller keeps vibrating and does not even pair too

i tried pressing the reset button too but that didnt help

has anyone else faced the same problem

please help!
