How do I change the ram holder?
My Macbook pro 13” boots then beeps three times and the screen has lines, I want to know if I can change the ram holder or need to change the whole logic board ?

Did you try changing the DIMM’s or removing one and then the other as well as try one slot and then the other.
Using a new fresh (soft) pink pencil eraser wipe the DIMM contacts to remove any oxide build up and then wiping the contacts with a cotton swab ever so lightly wet with WD40 to protect the contacts.
Sometimes I could loosen the mounts screws a half turn or using a small piece of credit card wedged between the frame and the clip to help engage the clip better will bring the the system back.

Changing the RAM is easy.
RAM holder on the other hand, doable, but very difficult (unless you are a professional solderer). You could take it to an experienced technician (one that doesn’t insist you on changing the whole logic board, and will help you to solder).
Many people will tell you off (including Genius Bar), but keep searching and persistence will get you a long way.
