2 I replaced my screen and it is just black.
I replaced my screen carefully as told. However the screen is just black. O know the phone is on and working because If I attach my projector it comes on to just a moto background. I am not sure why it is not working.
did you unplug your battery before you plug in your new screen

We had a similar problem with a galaxy pad, and after reasearching, we found that the screen had likely disconnected from the circuits. It might not be the problem with your device, but it might be worth checking the connections.
