Hi,
I was also thinking that one of the available firmware download options might be worth a try. Remove auto power off for example
Here’s a link to the firmware downloads for the speaker.
They are all .rar files so you’ll need a program like this - Win OS example only to compile the .rar file to get at the .bin firmware file and the .pdf instruction file that the downloaded file contains.
Here’s an image of what the instructions look like.

Where can i get the update file? Doss Audio has completely removed the download section

(If this goes away too, try googling "Remove Auto-Power Off" Doss -- that's how I found it.)
I do not see the random play update on the above list. Any idea where that firmware can be found?

Hi,
Does it do this when connected via BT only or when connected via stereo audio cable to the 3.5mm aux input or when using the TF Card as well?
If it switches off when connected via BT only, does it do this during the "silent" period between the music tracks or while the music is playing or both?
If only when using BT how far away from the BT music source is the speaker, <30' or more?

Hi..Jayeff thanks for your reply i appreciate….first when on Bluetooth its very close less than 30m…n when connecting to the audio cable sometime switches off ….leaves the the gadget connected with playing n the battery is freshly charged…i am thinking’s it need a software update!
