1 Samsung scx 4623F / paper jam alert in the tray, but not the paper.
I have a Samsung scx 4623F model printer. I changed the fuser unit, changed the pick up roles. They have no problem. I am receiving a paper jam alert in the tray, but not the paper.
But if I put the paper a little forward as in the video I threw, it takes and works. I lubricated the tray springs, there is no problem with the tray.
The paper sensor on the back also looks smooth, it has already changed with the fuser unit. Pickup Solenoid smoothly, no stutter, I checked and lubricated. I additionally transmit other information. I will be glad if you help me.
