So my Xbox powers on and makes the sound but the fan does not turn on, then before signal is sent to the tv the Xbox turns off. Also if I power on with the disk drive it turns on and the disk drive works but the system does the same thing. The power brick is good because I tried it on another Xbox. Also the fan is still good, it has been tested. I have also tested the mosfets and those aren’t the problem either. Can someone help?

The issue is the fan.
Xbox one only has one fan in it and thats the CPU fan. With it not on, the system will rapidly overheat. Your best bet now is to open it, clean it out and replace the cooling fan.

It doesn’t stay on long enough to over heat and the fan has been tested outside of unit and the fan is fine. Also the unit has been cleaned out
If the fan isnt turning on inside the console, it only takes seconds to reach shutdown temps. If its working outside the case then you may need to replace the main board.
Try inspecting the fan connector on the board and see if there are any burnt components or area. If so you may to repair the board or replace it.
No Bundt components no bad capacitors no bad mosfets. Fan works outside of unit but once out back in want turn on

But the fan is getting supplied voltage inside the case but not turning on but outside the case it gets supplied the same voltage and it works
