PS4 won't power on (then turned on randomly)

Took my PS4 out for the first time in over a year. Try turning it on and there was no response. Tried the eject button and also tried loading a disc and nothing happened.

Had a look about 1 hour later and the blue light was on. Switch to the correct HDMI channel on my telly and the PS4 was running perfectly.

Play for a few hours then turned it off now it won't turn back on again. Tried all the same steps but nothing worked.

Any ideas?
