My Sony TV, KDF-55e2000 won’t turn on. I push the power button, it clicks twice, the green light blinks 4 times, then the fan comes on, then it clicks again and then the red light blinks 3 times and will continue to blink as long as the TV is plugged in. Can you help me?

According to the diagnostic test indicator chart from the TV’s service manual you may have two problems with the TV.

For the first problem check the fan voltages on the G board to see if they are as shown in the image below. Here’s an image that shows the connectors and the voltage value for the 4 fans. The G board location is shown on p.16 of the manual.

If there is no voltage there you have to go back to the B board and check if the 10.5V power supply that feeds the fans is there or not. The B block assembly is shown on p.17 of the manual.
For the second problem see p.18 in the manual for the location of the T1 board and p.19 for the location of the T2 board.
In the service manual there are full schematic diagrams of all the boards and a complete parts list if you find any faulty components that need to be replaced.
