Phone stuck in boot loop after a screen replacement

I recently had my phone replaced and now it will flash the Apple logo but will not boot up. Along with this I cannot connect it to my pc either as it won’t appear once plugged into the USB. I’m using an original Apple cable and it works for my iPhone 6s no problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
