Orange marks on LCD when certain clips are in

Hey, so I did a screen repair on an iPhone recently. It went fine, and before I reconnected the clips holding in the screen I tested it to make sure it was fully functional, which it was. I got busy and left it open for about a month, then I came back to it, made sure it got a good clean, and closed it. Booting it up I noticed a small orange spot on the top right corner, and whenever the screen was displaying a dark colour the edges in that corner would be very light. I opened it again to see if that would do anything since it was working fine before, and with the clips not attached it was normal again. I repeated this a few more times to confirm, and I kept getting the same results. Then I narrowed it down to which clip was causing it to go from normal to discoloured, and to my surprise it was one right next to the battery. I’ve never seen this before so I have no idea what to do. Could someone help me out? Thanks

Is there resistance when youre putting the screen down? Is it possible that the clips aren’t quite sitting right and its putting pressure on the LCD?
