How many spatial streams are supported on 802.11ac?

What is the exact specs of that WiFi module, is it MIMO 2x2 or 3x3?

Is it the same module what we can found in the Mac with 4 and 2 TB ports?

Wikipedia says “Built-in Wi-Fi 5 (802.11a/b/g/n/ac), up to 867 Mbit/s (13" Two Thunderbolt 3 ports) or 1.3 Gbit/s (13" Four Thunderbolt 3 ports and 15")”. This would mean MIMO 2x2 for the 2 port ones and 3x3 for the 4 port ones.

I hope this is a Wikipedia typo as my old late 2013 MBP has 3x3 MIMO… it would be weird if Apple would have been degraded the Wi-Fi performance since 2013…

Actually not sure why Wi-Fi specs not part of the official Apple tech specs.
