Changed cranshaft and camshaft sensor both but engine light shows up.
My car is Honda accord 2011 and it has 55000 miles on it. I got to change the crankshaft sensor as the car stopped in the middle of the road, i got freelancer changed it for me, afterward the engine light didnot went off and the mechanic told me I had to change the camshaft sensor too, But After doing so the engine light still on and make longer crank sound and engine light still on, does both of them need to be relearned or there are any other problem with the wires of the cranshaft or camshaft???

your mechanic does not know what he is doing, simply changing the parts may not turn off the light, you need a code reader or more expensive piece of equipment to turn off the light. The light is giving you a code that requires a code reader to give you that information, We need that code to help you please.

I went to the Honda Maintenance and Repair, and they told me that I had to replace the timing chain, timing chain tensioner, Guides, VTEC Actuator, Front Crank Seal, and VTEC gasket.I believe they did not do the relearn process and wanted to give the more estimate. When I run the car clearing the error code from OBDI scanner , the car runs good. And is not it to early to change the timing belt at 55000?? They gave me the estimate of $1300.
