Surface Pro 4 Doesn't turn on

I have a Microsoft Surface Pro 4 which doesn’t seem to turn on, I was able to pull the screen off and open all of the compartments and i see a burned chip with markings of 52175 ti 6CJ AG1G can someone please see the image
