iPhone 7 plus - Rear telephoto camera (2x) not working

Hi, I have an issue in my iPhone 7 Plus A1784. The telephoto camera doesn’t work.

When I try to click the "1x" button on the camera, the image for 0.5 seconds gets blurred and nothing else happens. There is not even a black screen. In portrait mode, "depth effect" is gray.

Other camera applications also do not recognize the telephoto camera. 3uTools recognizes ID of camera, but surely it is encoded in a normal camera.

The flashlight is working properly. The wide-angle and front camera are also working properly. The diode measurement of the two cameras’ sockets on the motherboard was fine (when motherboard is turn off without power from battery etc.) , so it seems to me that this is not a problem on the board.

I will give the phone to the local service to check if the camera is damaged, but before that I wanted to consult someone on this forum
