Vertical colored lines, not t-con board

Hey I am having the vertical colored lines. It’s a samsung pn51d430a3dxza plasma. I’ve already replaced the t-con board. The lines are only on the right side of the screen. It’s getting worse, no black lines. Also there is a fuzz that’s only noticeable on red or white screens
