Nikon 1 J2 Display black

Hi, my Camera have with the Original 10-30mm Lens and with the Original 30-100 mm Lens a Black screen. My Camera is nearly new (mint). Only the Information of my Setup you can see in the Display. It Changes, Ehen I call the Setup and change something.

NIKON can‘t repariert it, behause there is no Service-Window für my Camera-Type. Can you help me? I‘m from Germany
