Wont finish cycle keeps spinning and always adding more time.

Hi, I have GE front loader washing machine . It is only 4 years old. First it would not drain and spin. So, we replaces the drain pumps. Now, it drains and spins. BUT, wont stop spinning. Once it gets down in time.. its just keeps adding more time and stays spinning. Will not end cycle unless I cancel it. Any ideas?
