Nintendo Switch Does not Detect USB Devices

Hello All,

I have a used Switch I purchased that functions 99% correctly. The issue I am having is that the Switch does not detect any devices attached to it via USB. I have had the USB C port replaced, but to no avail. It will charge and display out HDMI in a dock. It will only charge when connected to the computer. Windows does not even detect it nor makes the USB connection sound.

What chip is responsible for USB communication? I do not have the expertise nor the tools to replace the faulty component. Any ideas/recommendations for repair?
