iPhone 5 IOS version Update
What is the highest iOS version that a iPhone 5 can use and how can I get it? My iPhone 5 is in iOS version 9.3.5 right now. Also, if I update the iOS version, would there be any problems while using the device?

The final update of the any iPhone that not be better for use i think,We saw the iPhone 4 performance on final update.No dough Apple i like most but i won`t update the final end update.

Based on this chart I believe you can update to iOS 10. As the iPhone updates, there is a tendency to gain features and loose performance. If this is what you’re looking for, then I would recommend it.
Many apps will eventually require software updates for them to work properly as well, further adding to reasons for complete the highest update possible.

Then where do you get the iOS 10 update file?
Is it on the apple website, or do I have to get is from a different website personally?
The newest is iOS 10.3.3
Open your Settings app, the second choice from the top is 'Software Update' you should see it there. If you can't connect to the cellular network you can use iTunes.
