Replace LG G5 SE (H840) screen assebly with one for LG G5 (H850)

Hello everyone!

So my sister has been using her phone (LG G5 SE) with cracked glass for some time now. Since I would be able to fix that pretty easily I wondered where I could get a replacement display assembly. Parts specifically for the G5 SE seem to be more expensive and only available from dealers in other countries.

Some online dealers claim that their part is compatible with both.

Does anybody have experience in that regard? Can I replace the G5 SE screen with one for the regular LG G5?
