The Mac won't start and it shows flashing question mark

The Mac won't start and it shows flashing question mark but when i fully drain it off its battery, it is working normally for some time . But after sometime, again the problem happens.

I know its related with the system not able to detect the sdd, but how come its working after full drain. And how to fixit?

Drive name - APPLE SSD SM0128G
