My IPad is stuck on the IPad Disabled try again in one minute. Screen.

So, I'm a Guy who uses his Ipad normally for different things I need. And when I turned it on last night, it said IPad Disabled. Try Again in one minute.

Mind you it has been about, 10 hours since it first said this and it's still stuck on that dreaded screen.

I go to Google and YouTube for help but it's just the answers aren't the answers to my problem.

So I was wondering if any of you guys could walk me through with fixing it? And please don't tell me about the Restoration Mode or DFU Mode. Or the ITunes maneuver. 1. I don't have a Mac or ITunes. And 2. I don't wanna lose my data because I haven't backed up.
