Xbox turns off completely and light on power pack and everything

Have you tried a different power cable? If not, a lot of electronics share the same version or close to of power cables. Try a different one and see what happens. If that doesn’t help, then try to reset the Xbox one to default and see what happens. If none of these work, then it might be an internal power issue that might be to be repaired.
