unfortunately the process com.google.process.gapps has stopped message

unfortunately the process com.google.process.gapps has stopped constanly interrupting before i can click on anything in he setting, i have to quickly press ok constanly and find a gap in between error message to click settings but the message is to fast and i cant get anything passed it
