black screen when not charging boot loop when charging

so i dropped my iphone(SE) but it wasnt damaged visibly then it turned off i went to put it to charge and the apple logo popped up then went of this keeps happeneing then i took it out of charge and it became a black screen i searched up how to fix it but most of them is by using a home/lock button which i cant since my home/lock button is broken i need help

As ur home button is broken has the phone been apart before??? Ie is the metal plate that holds the battery connector in place still in the phone, open it up and as a first thing to try check the battery is plugged in ok

If you don't see a battery icon after you plug in your Iphone then the issue could be with your screen. As you have mentioned that you have dropped your Iphone so your screen might got affected with it.
