NO sound from Bose 3-2-1 Base after smoking.

My 3-2-1 Bose AccustiMass Base Module no longer emits any sound. I was told it was smoking/sparking. I did a continuity test on the cord from unit to wall. Tested fine. Plugged cord back in but base or console does not power on. Suggestions on next steps to troubleshoot?

you will need to open up and inspect the electronics components.

start looking around for any possible burn components.
