Need to remove ' frequent call' on front phone screen - keeps calling!

How can I remove the “frequently called lists" from front of phone screen as my phone KEEPS BUTT-PHONING THESE PEOPLE AT ALL HOURS. NOW some of them have got on the HOME SCREEN.

I do not WISH to frequently call these people.

A lock would also ensure no butt-phoning.
