door ajar chime continuously even if the ignition is of and key remove

Hello guys,

I have a 1999 ford f150 V6 4.2L manual, problem occurred last week, my door chime sound continuously even if the ignition is off and key removed, also the radio and blower for the AC still works, is my BCM (body control module) defective?
